About The Position

Qwilt is creating a brand new ecosystem that will improve the performance of your videos and modernize the way videos are delivered to your home. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and driven Customer Support Engineer.


Responsibilities: 

+ Manage accounts, tasks, priorities and alerts proactively and independently 

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot complicated technical cases 

+ Provide on-call support 

Requirements

+ In-depth Networking knowledge , TCP/IP, HTTP - Must

+ Vast experience in Linux 

+ Excellent Service-oriented individual

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Good communication and collaboration skills  

+ Use root cause analysis skills and big-picture thinking

+ Ability to document technical information

+ Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment 

+ Willingness to travel to customer sites (once or twice a year)

+ Happy to be exposed to and work with new technologies

+ BA / BSc in Computer Science or Engineering - Advantage

+ Experience in Cloud environments(AWS, Google, Azure) - Advantage

+ Knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language - Advantage 


Full-time position with an ability to work in a flexible environment
