Customer Support Engineer
About The Position
Qwilt is building the future of online video. We're creating a brand new ecosystem that will improve the performance of your videos and modernize the way videos are delivered to your home.
We are looking for a brilliant Technical Account Manager with the goal of providing exceptional customer service and technical help for our loyal customers. Your role will be critical in maintaining the trust of our customers and you will be working directly with our customers’ technical operations teams in defining issues, resolving them, or leading a cross-functional team to drive resolutions. You will be exposed to cutting edge technologies, working closely with customers all over the world. You will support sales activities in pre & post-sales and influence support organization procedures and processes.
Required Skills - Must
- Profound knowledge in computer networking, protocols and tools.
- Knowledge in Linux environment.
Desired Skills -
- Experience in support of network devices.
- Knowledge in scripting (Python).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must be willing to learn new skills, be a self-starter and team player.
- Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities effectively in order to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
- Energetic and passionate.
