Security Update: The Heartbleed Bug

On April 7th OpenSSL published a security advisory which soon became known as The Heartbleed Bug.

OpenSSL is an implementation of the SSL and TLS protocols.

Qwilt is committed to our customers’ security and data privacy, and we took immediate action to verify that customers using our QwOS are not exposed to this bug.

All released QwOS versions are using an OpenSSL version that does not include this bug.

Our upcoming release includes the latest fix published by OpenSSL, which means it is also immune to this bug.
