Junior Customer Support Engineer

Qwilt is developing an innovative video technology that helps carriers identify, monitor, store and deliver high-quality, Internet video through one cost-effective platform. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Support Engineer to join our team of experts.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with customers on post-sale issues
  • Support sales activities in pre-sale phase
  • Influence support organization procedures and process

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support / pre-sale / post-sale
  • Vast experience in supporting customers in one or more of the following areas – Networking / video / storage / security
  • Experience is support of network devices
  • Knowledge in customer support / post sale procedures
  • Profound knowledge / expert (!!!) in computer networking, protocols and tools
  • Experience in pre-sale, customer trials and demos
  • Experience working in Linux environment
  • Knowledge in scripting (python) – advantage
  • Willing to travel to customer sites
  • Experienced in working within global companies
  • Ability, will and compliance to work in start-up environment with all implications
  • Anxious to get exposed and work with technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
